The Maille arrived on time and in good condition. It was all that I expected it to be. I would advise that you do not order this item with tapered sleeves unless you have very small arms. Overall, I was very satisfied with this item and I ordered the sleeves to be taped so i could use the extra maille elsewhere. Wonderful craftsmanship. My thanks to the craftsman.
I ordered: Hand Made Maile Armour Flat Riveted Solid 9 mm Hauberk Chest 44 - Shirt Finish: Blackened - Sleeve Tapering: 18" Armpit Tape.. - Riding Split (Optional): 8" Slit Front &.. - Leather Edging (Optional): No Thanks The maille came exactly as I ordered. The blackened mail looks very good and is well crafted. This maille may not fit you if you taper the sleeves and wear a thick Gambeson. I ordered this with the sleeves because I was planning to cut them a little and use the extra chainmail on an aventail. This is very sturdy and is beautiful. Well worth the money.
