We use branded freight forwarders like Fedex, UPS, DHL, Aramex to ship our products, each product is shipped with a tracking number which gets shared to you as soon as the product is dispatched. The aim is to use a shipping network which is offering best possible price for a particular destination so that we can offer you best shipping prices. Delivery for United States
Shipping Service to USA through Fedex only limited to following States, Buyers from other states such as Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii & the Armed Forces etc should contact before buying any product as the package will have extra shipping charges depending upon weight/dimensions. We do NOT deliver to PO Box address.

Delivery for Europe, Australia / New Zealand & Rest of Countries

Package over 14 lbs are shipped with DHL across European countries. DHL courier maintains a Remote Area list of all such zip codes, you can use the following link to check if your zip code falls under DHL Remote Area. https://dct.dhl.com/ If DHL website declare your zip code under Remote Area then extra shipping charges will be applicable over and above our standard delivery charges already listed with the product. Please feel free to ask questions you may have before booking your order.
We take due care while dispatch and all our products are carefully inspected.
- There could be a possibility of an item being miss-handled by the third party delivery agency hence it is advisable not to accept any opened package.
- If you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the shipment. You have to inform our customer service team by using following link www.allbeststuff.com/index.php?route=account/return/insert
- All products should be returned in original condition.
- Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other issue should be reported to us within 7 days of the receipt of the product.
Points to remember:
- The product should be unused.
- Please ensure that the product is in original packing along with the invoice.
- When you have shipped the product back please share the AWB Number given to you by the courier. You must use a trackable courier service to return the product.
- Refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s)
- We will refund the money the way payment was made.
- We will refund the purchase amount along with the shipping cost borne by you. You will have to provide us with the proof of shipping cost.**
- If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible.
We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
At any point the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods plus the shipping cost incurred for returning the product.
As per paypal refund policy revision dated Mar 2020, we will not be refunding paypal transaction charges on behalf of paypal.
Return shipping cost will not be refunded if the product delivered as per order specification.
