Receiving it was really a sad experience for me. I gave exact measurements so it would fit my gambeson but receives a slack bunch of mail with the riding slit sitting between my ankles. The sleeves were reaching under my knees. If it was not an hilarious sight I think I wouldve cried lol. I've been told I would be sent a tool to repair it myself and a bunch of rings, 20 days later no news. Upon receiving them I will maybe change this review. The service is excelent. They are great people and I've been treated nicely. The mittens are shit. Would not protect from anything. Stitching on the leather is nice. I ordered brass rows, which are pretty neat. A riding slit which is between my feets almost, etc. A lot of rings are unclosed and wouldnt have survived combat. Overall I would give this a 4 once I received the rings, tool and tailored it to my exact size and can wear it in combat.
the Quality is great and the shipping was fast I added mittens, hood and side ventail. the hood sist just a bit funny at the shoulder sides of the neck but I can adjust it easily with the spare rings they sent me. Note this is expected as with all armor if it is not built fitted to you, you will have to make minor adjustments, overall very happy with my purchase.
