I would love for you to post this on the product!! I want everyone who was in a similar situation to me to read the post and know that this is their answer. I did a lot of online searching and I could not find what I wanted until I met the man who showed me his product in person. So I was only very lucky to discover you. I tried writing a longer review that not only reviews the product but also the service. However, it was too long to submit. :( Here was that review, you can try and post that one or the previous one: "My impressions of this product thus far are extremely impressed and excited! The piece is beautiful and fits perfectly. It arrived MUCH sooner than I anticipated. (I thought it would take at least a month) I REALLY appreciated the extra rings that came with the package. My primary reason for choosing this item was the option to have a finish on the aluminum. I wanted aluminum mail for the light weight (I am female, 5'5", about 125 lbs. I do not want to wear a 30-40lb mail hauberk.). I also wanted mail that did not need to be oiled and maintained constantly like steel. However, I did not want aluminum mail that LOOKED like aluminum because it did not exist during the middle ages, and thus would look fake. I wanted something that looked 'real,' without the weight and maintenance. The "antique finish" on this item makes it look like tarnished steel! I have made a game of tossing the mail at people, so I can watch their face light up when they think they're going to catch something heavy but instead feel how light weight it is. :) It looks indistinguishable from steel. I have received a lot of compliments. The owner of this site had been INCREDIBLE in regards to corresponding with me over e-mail so that we could figure out what I wanted and how to size the piece properly. If you want anything from him and you are not sure if he can/will, send him a message. He will respond!! I am extremely happy with it and it is well worth the price. However, I am still "testing" the item. The group I am involved with is called the Society for Creative Anachronism, and we practice a form of medieval inspired martial art using blunt, rattan sticks. The long term hope is that the mail will withstand some abuse (I wear it over a padded jacket.) The individual that initially recommended your shop has his own aluminum hauberk. He is a great fighter with prestige and titles and his mail is thus far without any damage. I have great hope that mine will last even better, as I do not fight as aggressively as he does. If I learn that my mail is not a good item for this purpose, I am still incredibly happy to have it as a costume item. I will correspond again to report if the item holds up well to abuse."
