I’ve had a hard time finding medieval mail that gives me enough room, so I was really pleased when I found this 65-inch chest option. I ordered it for a fantasy convention and wore it over a padded tunic with a leather belt and cloak. The extra-large fit gave me plenty of room to move without constantly adjusting the mail. I was also happy with the aluminum construction because it was much easier for me to wear around the convention floor than the heavier steel mail I’ve used previously. The round riveted solid rings give it a great medieval look, and several people actually asked me where I got it. It worked perfectly for the character I was putting together.
