How to Return an Item

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

    Pack the item in its original packaging Include the original invoice. The product must be unused and in original condition.

    Ship using a trackable courier You must use a trackable courier. Share the AWB (tracking) number with us once dispatched.

    Refund Initiated Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your refund via the original payment method.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your item arrived damaged, was incorrect, or was misrepresented on our site:

  • Email us at contact@allbeststuff.com within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Save all original packing materials and the item — required for processing.
  • We'll provide instructions and aim to replace your item as quickly as possible.
  • Do not accept any opened or tampered package — refuse delivery if this occurs.

Important Notes & Exclusions

Please review the following conditions, limitations, and exclusions before placing your order.

  • Custom duties and taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Refunds will not exceed the actual value of goods plus return shipping cost.
  • PayPal transaction charges will not be refunded (per PayPal policy revision, March 2020).
  • Return shipping costs are not refunded if the product was delivered as per order specifications.
  • We will refund the purchase amount plus your original shipping cost (proof of shipping cost required).
